The Specimen Management Unit (UPS) ensures that the receipt, processing, and distribution of diagnostic and research specimens at IMR are conducted promptly, accurately, and efficiently. UPS also coordinates the management of diagnostic and research testing services and IMR laboratory results to ensure a more organized and systematic workflow. In addition,UPS leads digital health innovation by digitalising specimen management processes and enabling fully digital reporting to enhance the efficiency and quality of IMR’s diagnostic and research services.
